■ About the "Sangaku-ko no Mori" (Industry-Academia-Government Forest) Promotion Program
The "Sangaku-ko no Mori" Promotion Program is a subsidy program operated by the Kyoto Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center (Kyoto Sangyo 21), a public interest incorporated foundation, to support industry-academia-government initiatives that bring together companies and research institutions such as universities, with the aim of creating new businesses that contribute to solving social challenges. This selection is positioned as an effort to create new growth industries through open innovation, addressing social challenges that are difficult for a single company to solve on its own.
